Residential Neighborhoods are where you can buy plots of land to place or build homes on. There are different sizes from small to extra large. They are used as a place for friend and family or if you wish the general public to visit you and see links to all your verses you have made.
But there is more; having land allows you to get farms, shops, guild halls, and many other things for the Avatar life game.
In UtopiaVR, there are two ways of world building 3D party apps and unity uploader and in app building with our, yours, and other Utopians 3D objects, materials, textures, etc. Click here for more information. Your not just single zones or worlds now. You create a universe, then a world and then add plots of land aka what most other metaverses call worlds.
